It is possible to do gradients right now, but you have to set every single character to a different hex code in your command, what I am thinking is maybe there could just be a color code that takes multiple color codes and interpolates between them across a given message.
Maybe something like &g(text,color codes to use), where the text value can use color codes that do formatting such as &l for bold and &o for italic. In this case &r would just remove the formatting codes but not reset the color codes.
So like if you had a message that was &g(he&oll&ro,&9,&b) it could display like:
hello
This way is not perfect, but it would be really cool to see some form of gradient code so that I don't have to do it manually
