Entity spawn event it will be in the entity event block will execute when an entity spawns pretty straight forward

All Im trying is to get the noteblock studio sfx I made into diamondifre, but it wont work. I went into a singleplayer world but the command wont work in a command block. Is there a certain version I have to use the command on or something?

I am deeply sorry. I have made a mistake as it is not the player that kills the mob, it is adamage block that kills the mob, so it does not work.
