Suddenly bows and stuff dont hit player but they do hit entities. I already checked if there are some cancel events but the projectile just disappears when I hit a player. Can somebody help?

Does anybody know how to use the "Shift Location Rotation" command? I tried making a command, where a player would turn 180° on their yaw, but the variable I'm using to get their yaw, and then use the Shift Rotation, to turn the yaw 180° , it doesn't update. Maybe I used the wrong inputs. Can...
