I believe it actually is required since we use that for most internal communications.

We currently don't load parts of a plot without a player in them, although there are still other issues with larger plots in addition to the fact that they are almost always unnecessary. (Also smh no dev role on here @Mr. Dumpling)

This sounds like a jankier way of solving the problems that processes already fix.
