How do I spawn a mob in a random set position?

Is there a way to show the mobs hp using the (entity action) > (settings) > (set custom name)? like a %health and %maxhealth or smth.

I saw in an old post from 2022 that something worked, I tried it and it didn't work. How can I do this now?
