Hide Entity without hiding Name

how do i make an entity invisible but have it still show its nametag?

because just giving it invis and doing Entity Action SetNameVisible still has the name invis too.

so also no display hologram or teleporting entities only the original name of the invisible entity.

Maybe set the mob to invisible, then do "Set Name Visible" to true in entity action.
If that doesn't work, you might just have to use holograms.
