How to place/destroy a block for a specific player but not for others.

Im trying to make it so that a block is placed for just a single player.

Well... if you have noble, then you can use player action -> display block. Though one problem is, is that when a player right clicks the block it disappears. To fix that you can make a ghast ride you, so that you can't right click anything.

No, you can use Display Block and either leave the block parameter empty or put a Text air and that should work
