please add custom documentation for code blocks

When you work with multiple people, it gets confusing and tedious to open every chest to see what it does.
It is also very helpful for big code to see where everything is.

I can't quite understand how this "custom documentation" would work.
Do you mean labelling functions to describe what they do?
If so, this is already possible, since if you put an item in the first slot of the function chest, it'll display that item when you right click Call Function.
