projectile item

I have an item that will launch a projectile, but I can't see anything being launched when I use something like a block to be launched, but things like arrows and snowballs work. Can you only use those items?

Unfortunately, yeah. But there are 2 ways to display a projectile as a custom item:

you can use a snowball and set projectile display item

so if i used a snowball as the projectile and then ran that code to turn it into like a button or something it would look like it was shooting buttons?

BTW, to do it, when you spawn the projectile, place the entity action and then shift-right click the sign and click Last Spawned Entity, that should make the action run for the projectile
