Im making a game called "eleven" And it is about being in a 11x255x11 space, made of completely random blocks. I want to make the block random reset every 5 minutes. How do I do this?

I want to make arrows shoot from the left right and top of the player but idk if there is a way to offset it besides forwards (looking at block)
