Zip the items inside the folder of the resource pack that has the resource pack name. So if you have a resource pack folder called "Test", open it and zip the items inside of it instead of zipping the "Test" folder

well it isn't "dying" if you look at the statistics, the thing happening is, the player base is changing, which probably gives the effect of the server having less players (since you don't see people that you know)
