A new question for the JrMod application test.

I believe there should be a question on the JrMod application test about what the applier would do if one of there friends broke the rules, as I personally assume that people would be more lenient on there friends, as they would not like to see them get banned/warned/muted etc.

This will be a good question to keep in mind for the next JrMod application period. We won't be able to add it this time though, as we don't want to force those who have already applied to change their answers.
