Add a builder rank.

Suppose a player applies for this role (and hopefully gets it :/). In that case, they will get the rank ingame: Builder, when and like the helper role, when a player needs help building they type /support build, or /support request build or /support build request or any other command. It notifies all the builders online, much like the helper. The Builder rank will be a step down from helper because coding is more important than building on this server. And when a builder does join, the player should have attempted to do it beforehand and must explain what they are doing to the builder, and then the builder and player build whatever it is, much like the helper, but for building, not coding. Make any changes you want.

1. This has been denied over and over and over again.
2. You seem to have the wrong idea of what a helper/support does. they do not help you code your game, they help you with a problem which prohibits you from coding your game. the equivalent here would be you not knowing how to detail a wall and someone coming to detail a small portion of the wall for you so you can do it yourself later.
3. Helpers make sure you understand the code they made for you so you can do it yourself on later occasions, there is no equivalent to this in building.
4. this will create people who request builders and supports to make their plot without actually doing anything themself

Staff aren't on the server to make a whole game for you. They are just here to help, it would totally ruin the point of the server to just have staff members build and code an entire game for you
