Can I duplicate my own plot so I can make a dev version of my plot

So if I have a plot named “Kit PVP”, how do I duplicate that plot to make “Kit PVP [Dev Version]”? Also, after that can I duplicate the plot from “Kit PVP [Dev Version]” to “Kit PVP” but not have the plot ID change?
