Co-own a plot (awaiting response)

Let's say I have a collaboration, and one of the players in the team wants to supply a large/massive plot for the project, and then let's just say I want to see the devs by doing /plot dev list.

Guess what, you need to be owner!

So, to make this fair for the collab owner, co-owning should exist! To do so, you have to run the command /plot co-own add <username>. It will then say "Are you sure?" and then if accepted (/plot co-own accept) the collab owner can now run commands like /plot dev list, /plot clear, /plot icon, and other /plot commands and owner related commands. This idea has been suggested and denied a few times beforehand, although those were all on the Suggestions Discord server.
