Co-Owners for plots

A new “rank” on a plot that would let a player do plot ads, change the name of the plot, etc. that the actual plot owner can’t do.

The command would be “/plot coowner add” or something.

This has already been denied multiple times because players would be less likely to buy ranks.

but the good use of co-owner is for rented plots.
