custom map thing

how do i get a custom map because its not explained anywhere and its really annoying because it is possible somehow because i have seen it but how does it work

i know but how do i use it because if i put a image url in it just says "the targeted location is not inside your plot"

you have to place Item Frames (so like place 4x3 wall of item frames) and look at them and then do /importmap
