CustomModelData for Plot Icons

Self explanatory, allows you to set the CustomModelData of the Plot Icon Item.

This would be useful for plots that have custom resource packs to have custom plot icons.

Could work like: /p icon modeldata [#] - Sets the CustomModelData tag of the plot icon item

I guess this should be added because /i modeldata already exists, so why not for plot icons?

we dont even have custom armor colors or that sort of stuff for plot icons, custom armor colors would also be useful in plot icons
