Detect block around block

So i want to detect a certain block by a is around the block the player is looking at. if anyone could help it would be great

Repeat adjacently should work (repeat adjacently repeats for each block that is next to another block. You can define the block loc you want to repeat adjacently of in the chest paramaters.)
