Friend and party commands.

We need a /friend add Username command. You would be messaged when your friends log online and you could do /friend list to list your friends. There should also be /party commands to invite your friends to a party. If a friend is in your party they would be teleported to whichever plot you are on. Maybe even a /f chat (sends a message to all your friends) and a /p chat (sends a message in your party). This would be very useful in my opinion!

Commands:

friend add/remove/list/chat [string]
party invite/leave/list/chat [string]*


*used for all except leave
