Glow or Nametags only visible to some people

I want to make a team game, and i want players on the same team be able to see each other through walls and tell themselves apart from the other team.
Therefore i want to have a glow effect only visible to players on the same team or the same thing with nametags.

So my question is, can i have glow or nametags visible to a set group of people.

If you have a mythic rank, you can hide and show entities for individual players.
