Gravity Blocks

I've seen 2 plots have blocks that normally don't have gravity, have gravity.
In Gravity Blocks, there are types of wool blocks that do different things, for example, the orange one hurts you like magma, the white one has gravity, the gray one is a regular block.
(I wont bother saying the second one, I forgot it's name anyways)
so how do I enable gravity?
