Guys I wanna know all about punishment appeals.

I kinda am saying this cuz I got punished on the server for using Sigma 5.0 beta client. I know that's my problem but
I also wanna know if an appeal also means I can apologize for using the hax.

I won't use the hacks again of course but I don't think I can appeal that way because of trust issues.

Hey, you can appeal for a punishment here. You will have to do this process if you want to get unbanned.

Yes, appeals are a great way to apologize. You can likely get your punishment shortened drastically if done sincerely.
