The deep web is any webpage that isn't accessible by web browsers or that require extra authorization (for example, unlisted YouTube videos are considered "the deep web"). The dark web is a different layer of the internet which you can only access with certain browsers and website links (aka TOR le onion). Only a very small percentage of "dark web" sites are malicious, so I don't think putting your home address anywhere would do anything.
