How would I go about making a Limitless power set?

So the title kind of says it all, but the idea is making Gojo's powers that can be activated by right clicking a block, say red wool for Red, etc. The big things I really see being debatable would be Infinity and Unlimited Void, which based on the game this would be for I am fine leaving out Unlimited Void, but if that and infinity are possible, I would want to add them.

The big thing I am asking for is how I would do Blue, Red, and Hollow Purple, with Purple needing some sort of activation using Blue and Red.
