In-game support is glitched

Whenever I use /support, I'm not added to the queue
If I look at the queue, I'm not there
If I try to cancel my support, it says I never asked anything
Why is this happening?

You must do /support request and not /support.
Or you may have been queue-banned due to violating the supportee rules
