Minor forum changes—5/26​

• Dark mode for the classic theme is now LIVE
• Dark mode for the main theme is back in development and is selectable to view the progress on it
• Home page no longer has the online list. This was replaced it with your account statistics
• Home page now has a Discord sidebar and a news category selector on the bottom of the page
• A few website states/systems have been added to support future website use content!
  • While not enabled, this includes spotlights/showcases and promoted content that can be starred, and additionally polls attached to a part of the website
• Minor design changes
  • Sticky threads were given a unique color. Previously only the regular theme had a different sticky thread color
  • Thread status icons (locked/pinned) now have colors for it. This may be changed later on to a calmer color
• An experimental copy of the main theme will be made public soon to test out new theme colors. Your feedback will be taken
• Twitter is now a usable social media input for your social media on your account about me
• We are doing more to combat spam by recording data from accounts and blacklisting URLs. A new captcha has been added
• Reaction points are now listed in your message info, such as in a thread
• Admin team is now in notable members. This may be altered or removed
• Classic theme now uses reactions in the forum thread list. Do you like this? If so, we may update all themes to use it

Additional details​

I am also looking into changing the user title system a bit to add in new titles to earn, and the current titles may be modified, along with the points needed to earn it.

Research is being put into rewarding forum users with temporary special groups based on a criterion! Only few people will get a group during a given time, and potential criteria could be winning a DiamondFire event. These groups do expire. This idea could be scrapped, however, and we will adjust it toward community feedback. Moreover, a separate page or module may be added to link all of DiamondFire's media in a single place to access.

Spotlights/promotional may be added soon on some pages to promote DiamondFire's media content. Showcased content could additionally be plots selected by admins and other staff to help give creators recognition for their awesome work!

Changes are live now. Just a fix and a new trophy, changes in classic theme style that we could move over to the main theme if we get positive feedback, another category for notable members, and more data shows in your thread messages. New changes coming up soon

• Navigation menu has been re-prioritized
• Forum rules and server rules are now categories on the navigation bar under "Rules"
• Reactions stats on forum thread list are now live on all themes
• Three new trophies!
  • Two-year veteran
    • Be registered for two years
  • Helping hand!
    • Help report content for us to take down. Rewarded by an admin
  • Case solver
    • 20 solutions at the support page
  • Additionally, points were altered to help prioritize larger achievements compared to simple achievements
• Forum widgets moved around/added on other pages
• Fixed a major flaw with outdated rules residing in other themes
• Removed unneeded forum areas. Reordered forum nodes
