Mods for DF? (Like resource pack or something idk)

Did anyone make mods or resource packs for DF? Maybe for optifine? I know DF doesn't have the biggest community so maybe unlikely.

What I mean by mod is maybe different resources for different items like variable blocks or the coding blocks.
