/p ignore <id>

Cancels chat messages (client-side of course) from anyone on that ID.
(could also do /pignore to make it not seem like an owner-only plot command, /ignoreplot, or something else)

as for the part where I convince you to agree to this:
- god abuse sucks
- /c l is kinda cringe especially if I'm coding a game and still want to talk to some people
- I don't want to hear god abuse kids but I do want to hear bapgc players
