There would be a block of code that could only be used ONCE due to possible spamming of the code block. It would change the server-specific texture pack to a texture pack from approved links (curseforge for an example). Once the player left the game, the server-specific pack would be removed.
I don't know, just was thinking of making some wand textures for a game. So, I thought of this.
Also, the player could enable a setting in spawn that would allow the texture pack to change. (Disabled by default)
There are some players that have lower-end computers, so this could help them :)
