Plot merged with someone else's

Hi, I created a plot, but when I did, my plot was merged with someone else's plot. I could not find any way to delete the plot, and I don't have a rank on the server anymore, so I also can't create a new plot. Can someone please help me? Btw if you need to know the plot id, it's 1328.
