Question: why mc Diamond Fire is non-premium

Because if DiamondFire was a cracked server it would NEED an anti cheat, and anti cheats can block some code blocks (like launch player), but because DiamondFire is premium, the accounts aren't unlimited (because they cost money), it can be easily moderated by the epic moderation team
