now i ain't mr. therapist like refriz but
one tip that i got that has helped me so much in the long run is so simple:
"Eat when you feel like you hate everyone. Sleep when you feel like everyone hates you."
idk bout anyone else but this has helped me with mental illness so much

Summarized, just eat and sleep when sad. I literally already do that.

Lol yeah I eat when I'm stressed out sometimes as well. Not sure why, but I don't do it very often thankfully (I get stressed out a lot). Only happens near anxiety attacks though lol. There'd be times where I am going to sleep and an anxiety attack just starts up and all of a sudden I'm just "hungry". Eating though when anxious got better over time I think, I now just listen to music, watch YouTube, or watch Netflix. Anything to distract myself as long as I can try to help myself by addressing the core problem.
