The "Not Arrow" Won't Work For Me

I've tried right clicking, left clicking, shift-right clicking, shift-left clicking, I don't know what to do.
I am trying to use it on an "If Player" block. It is "If Player Looking At", and yes, it does have a location inside. Thanks
if anyone solves this problem for me.

Are you clicking the sign? It should add a "NOT" as the third line...

Left click is supposed to break it, right clicking should make it a not
