Upgrading plots

Please add a feature to upgrade basic plots to large, and large to massive, kinda like how you can upgrade your rank. Also if this is already possible, please tell me how.
-I'd like it to work so that for example; If you'd have a basic plot, and a large plot, and the large plot would be empty, you could move the
codes & builds from the small plot to the large plot. Same with large and massive.

I believe code can be moved with every rank by using code templates, builds would have to be copied in with world edit which i dont think is accesible to people without ranks so you'd either have to ask around or rebuild it.
