Is it a rank perk, or am I just dumb

I tried left and right clicking. The left click broke it, and the right click the "If Player" menu

I've tried right clicking, left clicking, shift-right clicking, shift-left clicking, I don't know what to do. I am trying to use it on an "If Player" block. It is "If Player Looking At", and yes, it does have a location inside. Thanks if anyone solves this problem for me.
