Destroying all blocks but one in a region

So I’m making a game where the entire floor will fall except for one type of block except that I can’t find a way to code it so that for example a floor of all colors of terracotta gets destroyed except for one specific color. Please lmk if you can help.

I don't code a horrible much but wouldn't you be able to select all in region that are not the specific block by selecting the ones you wish to keep in the entire region? (NOT arrow)
