Depends on how disturbing it is, what skin it is, and what you think is disturbing, since people have different views on how disturbing something is, some people would find a spider skin disturbing, others a skin based off of horror themed content. So either upload an image of the skin, but if the skin actually is inappropriate then you're better off just describing the skin.
