That's probably just on your browser, it might not think of yoghurt as a real word.

There you go, it's always something small like that. Honestly, if you know you're never going to use US spelling, feel free to turn US english off. I don't know how consistently you spell though, I'd recommend keeping both just in case you slip and use a US spelling by mistake.
