Deleting or disabling your forum account
If you are looking for a way to erase your data we collect on you on the forum, you must file a request at https://mcdiamondfire.com/account-deletion. This is a permanent, irreversible action that will delete your account, along with personal data such as IP addresses, emails, and it will anonymize all of your posts, threads, and private conversations. We generally do this instead of pruning your thread or post data so records are kept for reference so it won't wipe out other messages and conversations from other people, but there will be no link back to your identityIf you want to disable your account, we may be able to fulfill your request at the same URL above. Check the read me thread for more information. To reactivate your account you must use the website contact form (bottom of page) or email support@mcdiamondfire.com
Requesting data
To request the general information we collect on you, please open a normal ticket and explain the situation. We will send you a package of the data that includes data like your IP addresses, your email address, and any other data you may want to retrieve that we collect.Data package is sent through a very secure account with 2-factor authentication through a personal forum conversation that has recipient adding disabled, and later discards the conversation.
