help with worldedit

I bought the noble rank about a week ago and when I first used worldedit I was able to bind a tool to make spheres, but now when I try to bind a tool using /brush sphere, it says that I'm lacking the permission to do it. Am I doing something wrong or was it changed?

It got restricted to admins because of bugs I think. Same with //tree
