i need help with world edit

I got the rank Nobel which is supposed to allow me to use 5000 blocks of world edit but when I do //wand while I'm in build mot It says that I do not have the permissions please tell me if there is a way to fix this

Try rejoining the server and see if it works. I'll hop on just in case
