Poll - Behind the scenes of the admin team
To the community,
Due to the popular interest—especially lately—in the unknown of the behind-the-scenes work from the admin team, this encouraged us to try something new! We are wondering if it would be interesting to you if we create a video, or multiple videos, of some of the behind the scenes work that we do so the community has a larger picture of what the administration does behind closed doors. With commentary, time lapses, and bringing you along the ride of "shadowing" one of the admins through the video, it will show a larger picture on what actually goes on when we are volunteering here, along with some of our routines and side tasks. Along the ride, we may also do some moderation to show you how some moderation is done without showing too much, since many of us admins voluntarily do moderation activities.As an obligatory note, not everything will be shown to protect information, security, and privacy, but the parts that are allowed to be shared will be shown. If this would be something you would like to see, let us know what you think! If you chose yes, you may a leave a post below on what else should be shown specifically. You can also leave any questions about things we could try to give more clarity to! If we receive positive feedback, we will start recording and may see if any admins or moderators want to join us to make it more fun and show you how teamwork comes in to play. Some segments will need to be redacted and altered to hide sensitive information and protect privacy, but we will show as much as possible with some of the work we do away from everyone!
