Proposed Feature: Mail

What am I supposed to do if I want to talk to a player who's never on when I am? That's where this mail feature would come in. The mail feature would let you send a message to an offline player that they'd receive the next time they log on. There'd have to be spam protection, of course. You'd probably have a limit on players you can send limited number of messages to at a time before they receive it.
