Where can I get a list of every plot on DF?

I feel like I've seen a post on how to do this before, but I'm not sure. Is there a command I could run or a url I could go to to get specifically the names of every plot on DF (and their owners)?

i just want to ban every skyminer owner from my plots lol

also, df has more than 10k plots, and lists have a limit of 10k so you can't get all of df plots in 1 list

Good talk innit? I guess main solution is to get a webhook bot and HelpBot in the same discord server and run code in DF to spam HelpBot for every ID. Don't do this, that's a dumb idea. Just do it manually. Your prejudice for skyminer plot owners isn't that justifiable.

For a beginner language, Python or Javascript is better; I prefer JS for learning, even though it is slightly awkward.
