It was suggested numerous times before and denied. The reason for the denial is, you can give other people full overlord access for pretty much free if you have overlord since you can buy large plots using tokens instead of real money.

setting a score that doesn't already exist adds it to the scoreboard, scores with higher numbers will be on top, so just set a score to a lower number if you want to add scores downwards

instead of a custom name, you should use the entity's UUID, you can store the entity's uuid using the Game Value: UUID, just store it right after you spawn the entity and you can access it later by Select Entity By Name and the selection target will be the entity
